How It Works

From affiliate conversion
to payout

You bring the affiliates and set the commission terms. GrowSurf tracks the customers they bring in, works out what each affiliate earns, and pays them for you. Here is what happens after every sale.

Step 1
An affiliate brings in a sale
Every affiliate gets their own link to share from their affiliate portal. When someone clicks it and becomes a paying customer, that sale is credited to the affiliate. Connect Stripe, Chargebee, or Recurly and sales are picked up automatically. If you take payments somewhere else, your team can report the sale through the REST API.
Step 2
The affiliate earns a commission
Your terms decide what the affiliate earns: a flat amount or a percentage of the sale. If you want, renewals and repeat payments earn a commission too. The amount is added to the affiliate's balance. Nothing is paid out yet.
Step 3
Refunds are handled before anyone is paid
Set a waiting period so refunds and chargebacks are sorted out before a commission is approved. With Stripe, Chargebee, or Recurly, a refund adjusts the commission for you. Once the waiting period ends, the commission is approved and ready to pay. If a sale is refunded, that commission comes off the affiliate's balance.
Step 4
You pay everyone in one click
Connect PayPal or Wise. Then pay every affiliate who is due from your dashboard in one click. No spreadsheets and no manual transfers. An affiliate is due once their approved balance reaches the minimum you set. GrowSurf sends the money and keeps a record of every payout.
Step 5
Affiliates always know where they stand
Affiliates log in to their affiliate portal to see every commission, whether it is approved yet, and every payout you have sent. They add their own PayPal or Wise details there, so you never have to chase them for payment info.
