How to Send Tremendous Gift Card Rewards for Referrals

Start the connection in GrowSurf

Open the Tremendous card, select Connect to Tremendous, and choose the currency for the account: USD, EUR, or GBP. Fill in the company details Tremendous asks for and add a payment method — GrowSurf never sees your card — then come back and select Refresh.

Wait for Tremendous to approve the account

Tremendous reviews every new account before it can send anything, usually a business day or two. The card shows where the review stands. Set up your rewards while you wait.

Turn it on for the program

Connecting Tremendous creates one account for your GrowSurf team. Every program on the team shares that account and that balance, so the second program is a single Turn on for this program click — no second signup, no second funding.

Connect a reward

Select Connect a Reward, pick the reward Tremendous should fulfill, choose who gets the gift card, and set the amount and currency. The currency starts as your program’s currency. On a double-sided reward the referrer and the referred friend can each have a different amount and currency. Amounts can include cents where the currency supports them.

If different referral outcomes should be worth different amounts, dynamic rewards let you vary the value by attributes of the referrer or the referred friend.

Add funds

Select Add Funds on the Tremendous card. That opens Tremendous, where you add money and manage payment methods. Gift cards and prepaid cards cost face value with no Tremendous fee.

See what the winner sees

The winner gets an email with the amount and a redemption button.

Opening it lands them on the Tremendous redemption page.

There they choose a gift card or a prepaid Virtual Visa. Winners see the gift cards available in their own country, and Tremendous handles currency conversion when it is needed.
