How to Pay Affiliate Commissions with Wise

Check the two requirements first

• A Wise Business account. Personal Wise accounts are not supported.
• An affiliate program in GrowSurf.

Payouts come out of your Wise Business balance. Wise charges its transfer fee to you on top of each payout, so the fee never reduces what the affiliate receives.

Create a Wise API token

In Wise, go to Settings > Connect and manage apps, scroll to Developer tools, and open API tokens. Select Add new token, name it GrowSurf, and choose Full access. You can also restrict the token to GrowSurf’s IP address; the Wise setup docs list the current one.

Connect Wise in GrowSurf

Open Program Editor > 4. Options > Integrations and search for Wise.

Expand the card, paste the token, and select Connect.

That is the whole setup. You can optionally customize the confirmation page and the payout destination email under Show advanced settings; both are shared across every payout method you enable.

Let affiliates choose Wise and confirm where to be paid

Affiliates pick Wise as their payout method in their portal settings. When a payout is coming, GrowSurf emails them a link to confirm their payout details. Your Payouts page then shows who is ready to be paid — and lists anyone who has not finished setup separately, so they never silently hold up a batch.

Run the payout

On the program’s Payouts page, select the Pay N Affiliates button — it names how many are eligible right now — then review the affiliates and amounts and confirm. GrowSurf creates the whole batch in your Wise account, ready to fund.

Fund the batch in Wise

Sign in to Wise and open the paused payments task on the home page. Find the GrowSurf batch, select Review, check the amount, and continue to Pay for this batch.

Choose how to pay, review Wise’s fee and the total, and select Finish and pay. Wise then emails each affiliate a secure claim link. GrowSurf marks the commissions paid only after Wise reports the transfer completed.
