Can I choose what counts as a referral?

Yes. With GrowSurf, you get to choose when to trigger a referral. For example, referrals can be defined as new leads or only when new leads make qualified actions.

Do my users need to sign up separately for my referral program?

GrowSurf will automatically give your signed-in users a unique share link without them needing to sign up for your referral program separately. However, there is flexibility on whether you want this process to be automatic or manual.

What are the eligibility requirements for GrowSurf for Startups?

Early-stage startups: This program is intended for startups at Series A or earlier that are associated with one of our approved VC/Incubators/Accelerators, and meet our funding criteria:
- If you have raised up to $2M in Seed funding, you are eligible for 50% off for 12 months and a lifetime bonus of 20k participants.
- If you have raised more than $2M in Series A funding, you are eligible for 25% off for 12 months and a lifetime bonus of 10k participants.
Product or Service: Startups building a product or service (dev shops, consultants, and marketing agencies are not eligible).
First-Time Participants: Companies that have not previously been part of GrowSurf for Startups.
Website: A live, functioning website.
Company LinkedIn: A valid company profile on either of these sites, and a direct association with the person who is applying.
New Customer: You must not already be an existing GrowSurf customer.

Can I apply if I'm already using GrowSurf?

GrowSurf for Startups is only applicable to new GrowSurf customers. Customers may not apply the program pricing to existing subscriptions of any level.

What if I have applied but have not heard back yet?

If you haven't heard back from us after 5 business days please contact us.

When and where will I receive my promo code?

Once you are accepted into GrowSurf for Startups, you will receive a unique promo code that will be automatically applied to your account.

When does my promo code expire?

Once applied, the promo code lasts for 12 months. However, your participant bonus does not expire and lasts for the entirety of your account while you have a paid subscription.
